We've got four types of classes on Forme GO™. Sculpt in your classic reformer workout with slower, controlled movements. Tempo is a cardio-style class to get your heart pumping. Power uses heavier springs and dumbbells for a more strength-focused session and release is all about stretching and unwinding, perfect to finish your week or cool down after a tough workout. There's something for every mood and fitness goal.

We’ve got over 100 classes ready for you on Forme GO™, and we’re adding new classes every week. That way, you’ll always have fresh content from our expert instructors to keep your workouts exciting!

Classes range from quick express sessions of 15 to 20 minutes right through to full 50 minute workouts. You can simply use the filter system to choose how much time you have and a selection of classes will pop up for you to pick from.

If you purchase a Forme reformer, everything you need for your classes comes free with your reformer purchase so you'll be ready to get started straight away. Already have your own reformer? The accessories our instructors use in their classes range from box, jump board, dowel, ring, ball, resistance band and hang weights.

We've designed the Forme GO™ filter system to make it really easy to find exactly the class you're in the mood for. You can filter by instructor, class, style equipment needed and class length so you're always in control of how and when you workout.

You can definitely use your membership within your household, however - logins are restricted to one person on one device.

Yes! We’ve put together a 2-week beginner programme with one of our trainers, Steph. Even if you’re completely new to reformer, this programme will help you get familiar with your reformer and ease into beginner classes so you can feel confident and ready in no time!

Yes! Once you’ve signed up to one of our subscriptions, you can pause your membership for up to 3 months
