COMMERCIAL USE LIMITED WARRANTY
FORME warrants to the original purchaser of the below products for commercial use, that they will perform in accordance with the warranties set out in this warranty document (‘Warranties’).
Red Light Therapy
FORME warrants the Forme Solis Red Light Therapy Panel for 5 years on the panel & 1 year for the Stand & all other accessories, for commercial use, from the date of delivery against failure due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations, conditions and exclusions expressed in this warranty.
Damage caused by improper installation or usage, including usage in temperatures exceeding 50c or in conditions above 80% humidity conditions is excluded from this warranty. This product is suitable for indoor use only, damage caused due to storage/usage outdoors or in exposed conditions is excluded.
Forme Pilates Reformer
FORME warrants the Forme Pilates machines for commercial use for 5 years on the Frame (2 years on the Rio model), 2 years on the Rail, Gear Bar & Foot Bar, and 1 year on all other componentry including Springs, wheels Straps & other components & upholstery (excluding Shoulder pads), from the date of delivery against failure due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations, conditions and exclusions expressed in this warranty. Damage caused by improper installation or usage of the reformer, or by exceeding the weigh rating of the reformer (Rio 120kg, Monaco & Osaka 150kg), is excluded from this warranty. This warranty is limited to the supply of replacement parts and excludes labour. This product is suitable for indoor use only, damage caused due to storage/usage outdoors or in exposed conditions is excluded.
Forme Move Display
FORME Warrants the Forme move display for 1 year from the date of delivery
Damage caused by improper installation or usage, is excluded from this warranty. This warranty is limited to the supply of replacement parts and excludes labour. This product is suitable for indoor use only, damage caused due to storage/usage outdoors or in exposed conditions is excluded.
Warranty Exclusions
The Warranties will not apply in the following circumstances:
• Damage due to misuse or improper chemical maintenance of the product.
• Damaged by earth or ground-fill movement or Acts of God.
• Damage caused by incorrect electrical installation.
• Damage caused by clogged filters.
• Damage caused by rodents or termites.
• Damage caused by flooding.
• Damage caused by installation of the product on an unsuitable surface or location.
• Damage caused by third party carriers, including but not limited to cracks or damage to driveways and other surfaces.
• Damage Caused by the use of inappropriate cleaners or cleaning procedures
• This warranty does not cover demo or ‘scratch & dent’ sales.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is not transferable. The FORME product must not be altered or modified from its original state. This warranty is the only warranty offered by FORME and excludes any other implied or oral undertakings. In the unlikely event product replacement is required, the product will be replaced with the same model, however specifications are subject to change. If the model is no longer available, a store credit will be issued to the value of your original purchase. If any defects appear
or occur the Purchaser must inform Forme or its representative
by notice in writing within seven days of such defect or the Warranties will not apply. Any such notice is required to set out the exact nature
of the defect and the circumstances in which it was noticed.

Servicing Requirements
In the unlikely event of a product fault, we provide support via troubleshooting over our 1800 number. Service and repair, when applicable, by contracted agents available nationwide. Customers must contact the service team prior to any work being conducted on the Product. Rural areas may experience longer lead-times. As per the pre-delivery instructions and owner’s manuals, it is the owner’s responsibility to have the product positioned in a way allowing access to all panels (service may not be available or you may become liable for additional labour and/or travel costs if this is not met)
Electrical Connection
All electrical connections (and disconnections) must be carried out by a qualified electrical contractor and it is solely the responsibility and cost of the purchaser to facilitate. Failure to do so will immediately VOID this warranty. FORME reserves the right to ask for proof that the product has been installed by a qualified electrical contractor.
Limitation of Liability
To the full extent permitted by the laws in Australia, FORME, its agents, or employees will not in any event be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. In no event will FORME, its agents, or employees, be liable for injury to any person, however arising. If products are purchased for business purposes, the provisions of the Act will not apply to the materials so purchased. FORME does not accept any responsibility or liability for any advice taken around local council regulations including but not limited to building consents, resource consents and/or fencing requirements. Any information provided is general, and is not intended to address your specific circumstances. All enquiries should be directed to and checked with the local council. FORME will not be liable for costs associated with but not limited to building alterations, removal costs, delivery costs, or labour costs associated with the replacement of a product.

FORME products & imagery are not to be used in any way to derive a commercial benefit or to engage in commercial activity without our express written permission. You agree that you will not use or authorise a third party to use FORME products for a commercial purpose, which includes but is not limited to, advertising and promotional material, unless you have the express written consent of FORME.
